Spelling out what makes a great work environment is somewhat of an inexact science. But who better to determine that than the employees who experience it day in and day out? So we’re asking that employees nominate their places of work for the second annual “Best Places to Work” contest. This competition recognizes and honors companies that deliver a true commitment to their employees by advancing operational ideals and promoting productive environments just to name a few.

The questions that follow will focus on work culture, training and development opportunities, tangible and intangible benefits, and employee satisfaction among other things. Please Note: the survey must be completed by a current employee of the business being nominated. Nominators may be contacted for further comment.

The Fine Print

• Only one nomination  per business is required to be considered.
• Nominations run from November 9 – December 31

The Contest has Ended,  winners will be chosen by a panel and will be featured in the June/July 2018 edition of Lynchburg Business Magazine.
