Kairos Counseling is a locally owned and operated practice that focuses on serving the Central Virginia community with their mental health and wellness. Our counselors are unique in that they are all clinically trained to provide the best and most efficient outcomes for their clients. Our administrative office is welcoming and proficient in helping clients navigate insurance and finding the best counselor that fits their needs. Our office provides care for all ages (4+) and with all mental health needs.
